The following information relates to the processing of personal data of visitors and/or customers of this website (hereinafter individually referred to as the "Data Subject") by the aforementioned seller (in this article referred to as the "Data Controller"). The processing and protection of this personal data is governed by the provisions of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), in conjunction with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").

Processing of personal data when sending an enquiry

The personal data of the Data Subject that the Data Controller processes for the purpose of dealing with enquiries are: first and last name, postal and email address and telephone number of the Data Subject.

The personal data will be processed for the duration of the Controller's statutory obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Act on the sale of goods or provision of services under a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the seller's business premises, the Archives and Records Act, the Accountancy Act and the VAT Act, i.e. for at least 10 years.

The processing of the Data Subject's personal data may be entrusted to NetSuccess, s.r.o., which provides the Operator with B2B solutions related to ensuring the proper operation of the Internet portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Intermediary").

The processing of the Data Subject's personal data will not involve automated decision-making or profiling, and the Controller does not intend to disclose personal data to a third country, international organisation or 3rd parties, with the exception of the Intermediary and providers of transport services in connection with the delivery of ordered goods.

In particular, the Data Subject has the right to request from the Data Controller access to his/her personal data, their rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability to another controller if the personal data have been processed in an automated manner at the request of the Data Subject, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if the Data Controller and/or the Processor proceeds with the processing of personal data in violation of the Regulation and/or the Act.

The goods and/or services offered in the Internet Portal are not intended for visitors under the age of 18 and may require assembly.

Processing of personal data when subscribing to the newsletter

The personal data of the Data Subject that the Data Controller processes for the purpose of sending information about its products and services (newsletter) are: email address, first and last name of the Data Subject.

The legal basis for the processing of these data is the Data Subject's consent pursuant to Section 13(1)(a) of the Act in conjunction with Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, which may be revoked at any time by clicking on the active link located at the end of each newsletter or upon written request sent to the Controller's email address.

The personal data will be processed for the duration of the Data Subject's interest in receiving the Controller's newsletter.

The processing of the Data Subject's personal data may be entrusted to an Intermediary who provides or may provide the administration of newsletter campaigns for the Operator.

The processing of the Data Subject's personal data will not involve automated decision-making or profiling, and the Controller does not intend to disclose the personal data to a third country, an international organisation or 3rd parties, with the exception of the Processor.

In particular, the Data Subject shall have the right to request from the Controller access to his/her personal data, their rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability to another controller if the personal data have been processed in an automated manner at the request of the Data Subject, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if the Controller and/or the Processor proceeds with the processing of personal data in breach of the Regulation and/or the Act.

The Newsletter is not intended for visitors under the age of 18.

Processing of personal data when using the Registered Customer service

The personal data of the Data Subject processed by the Controller for the purpose of providing the Registered Customer service are: name and surname, postal and email address and telephone number of the Data Subject.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is the fulfilment of rights and obligations related to the use of the Registered Customer service, which would otherwise not be possible to provide in full.

The personal data will be processed for as long as the Data Subject is interested in using the Registered Customer service.

The processing of the Data Subject's personal data may be entrusted to an Intermediary who provides the Operator with portal solutions related to ensuring the proper operation of the online shop, including the proper functioning of the Registered Customer service.

The processing of the Data Subject's personal data will not involve automated decision-making or profiling, and the Controller does not intend to disclose the personal data to a third country, an international organisation or 3rd parties, with the exception of the Processor.

In particular, the Data Subject shall have the right to request from the Controller access to his/her personal data, their rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability to another controller if the personal data have been processed in an automated manner at the request of the Data Subject, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if the Controller and/or the Processor proceeds with the processing of personal data in breach of the Regulation and/or the Act.

The Registered Customer service is not intended for visitors under the age of 18.
