Our fencing on new sections of Slovak motorways
The year 2025 will bring significant improvements in transport infrastructure for drivers and residents of several regions – 3 new motorway sections will be opened to traffic.
Their completion means safer travel as well as modern technical solutions in construction.
We are proud that our company contributed to these projects by supplying fencing that will enhance operational safety and provide reliable long-term functionality.

For these projects, we supplied knot fencing installed on posts with a diameter of 48 mm, meeting the requirements for stability and long service life in demanding conditions along roadways.
The deliveries also included single-leaf and double-leaf gates, allowing easy access for maintenance and service vehicles.
R2 Šaca – Košické Oľšany
For this project, we supplied 26 km of fencing. The section forms the southeastern bypass of Košice and connects to an existing expressway leading to the Hungarian border.
It will become part of the Via Carpatia corridor from Greece to Lithuania, and one of its interchanges will also be used by the nearby Valaliky industrial park, where a new Volvo car manufacturing plant will be located.
R2 Kriváň – Mýtna
For this project, we supplied 7 km of fencing. It will save drivers 2 minutes of travel time and includes the longest viaduct with a length of 5 km.
This section will extend the expressway as far as Tomášovce. This technically demanding project will soon serve drivers, who can look forward to driving among treetops.
D1 Hubová – Ivachnová
For this project, we supplied 4 km of fencing. After eleven years since the start of construction, the town of Ružomberok will finally get its bypass.
The construction will connect to the existing four-lane motorway heading towards Košice. It will save motorists 15 minutes of travel time and relieve the town of Ružomberok from transit traffic.
